Cleaning services are charged per hour​- we only charge for the amount of time it actually takes, we don't round-up! so don't be worried about those 20 minutes being turned into 30!

inside cabinets

folding load of laundry

our first visit we are doing initial clean and organizing

• it's the key to shiny results! "bringing it back to scratch" time, where we are super thorough, getting into all those nasty corners to get your home looking super fresh. It takes a little longer than other our future cleans, it often takes a little extra elbow grease from any old build-up. it also depend on your home's specifics and what age or condition things are ... but to give you an idea , the standard regular clean which takes normally 4 hours , initial clean takes 6 hours first visit.

ONE-TIME CLEANING

MOVE OUT CLEANING /END OF TENANCY ; $45/HOUR 

we bring everything needed, don't you worry ,,bout a thing". however if possible , please leave behind a chair or ladder for standing on to reach those lampshades & window tops!
